FAQs

Q: Why is the fader exhibit suboptimal responsiveness?
A:

  • This could be attributed to a low-conductivity surface on which your smartphone is placed. This issue can be resolved by placing your smartphone on a conductive surface or charging it continuously.

  • We highly recommend utilising a complete, official Apple screen (iOS App) for your smartphone for optimal performance.

  • Place the fader slightly lower (away from the top corner) to avoid activating the notification centre.

  • The fader knob has to be in touch with your fingers while playing (do not snap or throw the knob).

  • The fader has to be removed and re-calibrated once you have moved or changed its location.

  • Make sure all the suction cups are attached firmly to the touchscreen.

Q: Why does the fader still exhibit suboptimal responsiveness even when placed on a conductive surface or charging?

A: In cases where the fader does not respond well, the screen may be obstructed by a protective or glass film. For optimal performance, we recommend placing the fader directly on the screen.

Q: Why is there a decline in responsiveness while using the fader?

A: Prolonged use of the fader may lead to decreased responsiveness over time. To address this, we recommend removing the fader from the screen and reinstalling it for optimal responsiveness.

Q: What should I do if the suction cups lose their grip?

A: To maintain optimal suction cup power, use a damp cloth to clean the dust and oil from the suction cups and the smartphone screen.
