SHIPPING POLICY

At the company, we have consistently made customer satisfaction our topmost priority. Our primary objective is to ensure customer shipments are delivered in a secure and timely manner, thereby upholding our commitment to excellence in service delivery.

 

Shipping Process & Procedure

Product(s) are dispatched from the seller to customers. The product(s) are thoroughly examined at our facility before they are sent to our customers. The company leverages the services of third-party courier providers to facilitate prompt delivery of customer shipments on our behalf. This delivery approach enables us to maintain a high level of operational efficiency. Our team closely monitors all packages from dispatch until their successful delivery to customers.

 

After the company has accepted a customer's order, the customer must pay the balance of the purchase price in full from the date of receipt of the deposit prior to dispatch.

 

Shipping Options and Country of Destination

When you place an order, you can choose the delivery options and country of destination at checkout. The tentative dispatch date mentioned in the product description has a significant impact on the shipment's delivery time.

 

Shipping Charges

The total shipping charges are calculated at the checkout page. The shipping charges vary depending on the product's weight and size, and on the selected shipping country of destination. Shipping charges may change with each additional item that is added to your cart.

 

Packing Constraints

According to the International Aviation Organisation's norms and standards, products containing flammable liquids, compressed gases, liquid gases, oxidising agents, and flammable solids are subject to packing constraints based on their volume. Your order will be delivered in multiple packages if it happens to contain such product(s).

 

Shipments held up at Customs or Experiencing Delays in Clearance

As to each such purchase made by the customer through the company’s website, the recipient in the destination country in all instances shall be the “Importer of Record” and must comply with all the laws and regulations of said destination country for the product(s) purchased through the company’s website.

 

The third-party courier usually takes care of the customs clearance procedure. In case the shipment is held at the customs clearance processes due to missing or absence of proper paperwork/documents/declaration/ government license or certificates required from the ‘Importer of Record’:

  • If the ‘Importer of Record’ fails to provide the required documents and paperwork to the custom authorities and as a result the product(s) are confiscated by the customs, the company will not issue a refund. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you make advance preparations & submit the relevant documents when requested by the custom authorities.

  • If the shipment is returned to the company in case of missing/absent paperwork etc. from the customer’s end, a refund will be issued only after deducting the return shipping charges, customs charges, and other miscellaneous charges from the product purchase price.

 

Undeliverable Shipments/Refused Shipments Returned

When a shipment is approved by customs authorities, the concerned third-party courier will arrange for delivery:

  • In the event of no response from customers, refusal to accept delivery, or declining to pay the applicable duties and taxes due to the carrier upon delivery. The shipment will be returned to the country of origin.

  • If the shipment is eligible for a refund per the company’s Return Policy, the company will refund the price of product(s) of the affected shipment only. Shipping charges, customs charges, and other miscellaneous charges will not be included in the refund. The cost of the return shipment will also be deducted from the total price of product(s) affected in the shipment.

  • If the shipment is not returned or the product(s) is non-returnable, the customer is not eligible for a refund.

 

Prohibited Items & Import Restricted items in the Destination Country

The company strives to be compliant with laws and ensures that the product(s) meet the regulatory and safety requirements in the respective countries. However, not all product(s) listed on the company’s website may be available for purchase in your respective country of destination. The company makes no promises or guarantees as to the availability of any product(s) listed on the website as being available in the customer’s respective country of destination.

 

The Customer who purchases product(s) through the company’s website and/or the recipient of the product(s) in the destination country is/are solely responsible for assuring that the product(s) can be lawfully imported to the destination country as the company makes no affirmations, representations or promises of any type regarding the legality of importing any product(s) purchased on the company’s website into the country of destination. If the product(s) ordered is a restricted or prohibited and not approved by the custom clearance authorities in the destination country, the customer is not eligible for a refund.

 

Delay Reasons

The estimated delivery window provided by our third-party courier reflects the most standard delivery. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by:

 

  • Bad weather;

  • Flight delays;

  • National holidays or Festivals;

  • Customs clearance procedures;

  • Natural calamities;

  • Massive breakout of disease;

  • Other unforeseen circumstances.

 

RETURN POLICY

If there is manufacturing defect in the product(s) sold after delivery, customers may return the goods to the company for replacement for goods of the same within 7 days of the purchase or delivery whichever is the latter. In any event, there shall be no refund of the purchase price paid.

 

Under no circumstances shall the Company entertain any request for change in the ordered product(s).

The company shall not in any way be liable for any loss or damage suffered or sustained by the customer arising from the delivery or failure to deliver or delay in delivery by the third-party courier, except for gross negligence of the company prior to dispatch.

 

  • Product(s) that are not damaged, defective, or different from what was originally ordered;

  • Product(s) or parts that have been damaged after delivery;

  • Product(s) or parts that have been used or installed by the customer;

  • Any product or parts not in its original form or packaging;

  • Refurbished product(s) or pre-owned product(s);
    are not eligible for returns.

REFUND POLICY

In the event of a return, the refund process will begin only after the product has been received by the company, inspected and examined at our facility, indicating that it meets the eligibility criteria. Refund approval or rejection depends upon the investigation carried out by the responsible team.

 

Once we initiate a refund, it will take approximately 3-10 business days for the amount to reflect in the original payment method. However, the same varies according to the bank's settlement standards.

 

Please kindly note that shipping and return shipping charges, customs charges, taxes, and other miscellaneous charges will not be refunded except when a wrong, damaged, defective, or missing part/incomplete product is delivered.

 

Sale Items

Product(s) that are part of any sale/promotional offer cannot be refunded.

The company is dealing with customers in around 157 countries and will cover more in the future. We follow the concerned consumer law of each country to ensure that we value our customers. We transfer to outside parties (like shipping companies, payment gateways) your name, address, city, town, phone number, and email address. Payment gateways will also collect your card information if you will choose to make payment using a Credit/Debit card. We engage in this practice because we have a contract with third parties (to whomever we transfer your data) so all your data will be disposed of at their end after a certain time.
